Coding Chart Abstractor w/ Emphasis on HCC Codes

Job Summary

The chart abstractor will review, analyze, and ensure that each patient is being accurately coded in regard to HCC codes.

Qualifications

•        Applicant must have coding experience, would prefer experience with HCC codes in particular
•        Coding certification is a plus
•       Familiarity with various EMR’s is a plus
•       Must be detailed oriented, focus on tasks at hand, and well-organized
•       Highly self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Coding: 3 years (Preferred)
• HCC Coding: 1 year (Preferred)
